You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur.

FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders ship for FREE with USPS, UPS & FEDEX and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier! Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

Priority Mail: You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for only $3.95. These packages generally arrive in 2-3 days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 

Express Mail: You may upgrade to Express Mail with package insurance for $25,  and should arrive in 1-2 days from USPS, guaranteed delivery is 2 days.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance. 

Processing time: Orders are quickly processed and are generally sent from our warehouse in Arizona within 2 business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

  • Ledyz Fashions Boutique is not responsible for items lost and/or damaged in the mail. The carrier is responsible for the package once we have shipped your order.
  • Ledyz Fashions Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping. Please note, shipping times will be affected around the holidays, this is out of our control.
  • Ledyz Fashions Boutique is not responsible for International Duties or Customs. 


We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!

  • Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines below.
  • Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item.
  • Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund once we receive the returned item.
  • If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions.


  • All Basics, Leggings, Accessories, Bras, Swimsuits, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale. No exceptions.
  • All returns must be received within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned long as the original tags are attached.
  • Items can be returned for an electronic store credit for the full purchase price. A refund to the original form of payment may be requested, however a refund is processed with a 10% restocking fee. 
  • Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 15 days from the order date or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 20 days. 
  • All Black Friday orders are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange. 
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.   

Shipping back your order:

While we always provide free shipping to you, we do not provide return shipping labels. You will be responsible to pay any shipping charges required to send the items back to us. While we have no preference as to which carrier you choose, USPS is generally the most cost effective.

  • We require a Return Authorization, please include your original packing slip inside your return, or you can print off your order confirmation email to place inside. Email us at for A Return Authorization number.
  • If you would prefer a refund instead of store credit, please make sure to let us know inside your return.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit. You may choose to purchase insurance on your return package and record your tracking number. 
  • All returns will be processed within 1-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with either your store credit or refund information once we have processed it.
  • Refunds can take between 3-7 business days to clear back into your account, depending on your banking institution.

Something Wrong?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order  immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at so we may address the issue. 
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
  • We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.


We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
